CrossFit Classes

The CrossFit methodology is based around constantly varied functional movement. It is a core strength and conditioning program that is scalable to all individuals.

With that being said, as we’ve grown in CrossFit we’ve watched our philosophy, our programming, our understanding of potential injury and the needs of our clients grow into something much bigger than just CrossFit. We cater to those needs and tailored our gym to address the unique goals of our clients. Our exercise programming is helping meet those goal but doesn’t always fall under the CrossFit brand.

It’s our life-long dream and the drive for what we do every day. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Each workout is done in a class setting, motivation and accountability are built in!
