What is 1099?

10-99 is the law enforcement code for “in pursuit.” Our values center around creating an environment for self-growth and progress. Whether that be strength goals, weight loss, self-confidence, an unassisted pull-up, a positive health example for one’s children, or simply consistency in the gym, we encourage all our members to stay in pursuit of their goals both in and out of the gym.

Our Services

Individualized Training

We offer 1-on-1 personal training to fit both your schedule and fitness goals. Additionally, we offer specialized small group classes, commonly utilized for sport specific training or small groups looking for a more private training and instruction experience.

Group Classes

Our CrossFit and HIIT classes are offered in group format and utilize a “team” mentality, where athletes can learn from, support, and push each other in class. Despite being group a group format, each workout is designed and coached so that every athlete can have a customized-to-them experience and give his/her unique personal best of that day.
